VM Pro Clean provides professional residential cleaning services. The scope of work is defined by the service package selected or the specific quote provided to the client. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All online quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client (square footage, number of rooms, etc.).
We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition or size of the home differs significantly from the description provided.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We value our staff’s time and our clients’ schedules.
Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees: Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Access: The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time (e.g., via key, entry code, or being present).
Utilities: The client agrees to provide basic utilities (electricity, water, and climate control) necessary for the cleaning team to perform their duties.
Valuables: While we take the utmost care, we recommend that highly fragile or irreplaceable items be secured or put away prior to service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
